Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a free return please read the following information carefully:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and have your receipt or proof of purchase as well.

To start a return, contact us at support@doggiesbrand.com. Specify your reason for your requesting a return, along with detailed pictures. If your product you received is not the one you ordered, or if the print quality on the apparel purchased is not to your acceptable quality, please let us know with an explanation and photos that describe the issue. Our goal is that you are satisfied with your purchase, and experience with us at Doggies Brand. After your return is officially accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Please don't send any items back until we confirm all the details written above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and fix the issue as soon as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure an exchange: once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to make sure it's in the same/new condition, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
